KSD attended a course run by the "CMAA" , run by the association head Andy Morrell , we at KSD Karate would like to thank Andy and all at the CMAA we really enjoyed the course .

KSD offered mechandise to students in the way of club tee shirts & club hoodies ,the first order was a real success and we now have the stock at the club for those who ordered , we would like to thank "EMB PRINT" for a great quality product and a speedy turn around.

We at KSD have set up many partners who offer everything our students could ever need at much discounted prices ,if you require anything ask us we guarantee going through us will be cheaper as were a not for profit club , likewise our licence fee's for the same cover offered by other associations are far cheaper as again were not for profit.

**Wednesday 15th a new Dojo opening night , 19:30-20:30 this is for beginners/ re starters but graded students are welcome to polish there basics** .

Club name change it's been requested that we change the name of the club ,this name was given to us by sensei G H Campbell ,Shigeru Kimura gave the name to George,i taught at ken shu do dojo back in the 90's and it was under that name i took my Shodan so ment a lot to me, the Dojo name was changed three times and did not make a return till George sensei kindly gave us the name ,out of respect i will begin changing the name.

 Joined the CMAA "Cobra Martial Arts Association" .

Luke Madaley ,Sharon Barber , Leah Wood,Charlie Singh, all passed 9th Kyu Wendy Day , Wendy has studied Karate previously and attained 4th Kyu in Shukokai, all documents were checked ,after a chat with Wendy it was decided we grade her to 9th Kyu Red Belt at this time, Wendy will be assessed and when the times right the 4th Kyu grade will be granted under KSD & CMMA guidelines " All documents have been checked " . Ken Shu Do Karate Dojo Prestwich opens

After a meeting with alliance of shukokai karate association head George Campbell it was decided that i leave the sedgely park DKA Dojo and open my own ,George kindly gave me the name Ken-Shu-Do for the new dojo so Ken Shu Do Karate was reborn in prestwich at heaton park Social Club .
